The owner of a local gun shop said he's seen an increase in interest in handguns and Tasers since a serial rapist started targeting the Waldo area. [More]
That's today's St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner. Please give it a read, and spread the word.
There is major hysteria going on over this rapist. This area is a borderline nice area but with serious crime problems. Burglery is a serious problem. It's significant that the local TV stations are reporting the sales with little bias against guns. In that past this was not so. One station highlighted just the tasers. So in a way that was a bias showing against guns but overall the gun sales became part of the big story. Interestingly, the KC Star which is a hollow shell of itself, ran Guswelles retread column on registering guns. This went over like a brick in a swimming pool if your read the reader comments. This paper will roll over and die in a year or two.

Thanks, Kansas Scout.
ReplyDeleteDo you have a link to that Gusewell column? I'd like to see that.
Oh--think I found it. What a maroon.
