
Um . . . what's the problem again? Saying that infringements on that which the Constitution clearly states shall not be infringed would violate the very basis for the government's legitimacy, thus nullifying any obligation on the people's part to obey that government? That would only be "insurrectionary" if it's "seditious" to demand that the government be contrained by the short leash of the Constitution. Actually, come to think of it, CSGV's position would seem to be that such a demand is indeed "insurrectionary." [More]
