In fact, in the sidebar video, Representative Darrell Issa (R-CA, and Chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee) hammers home the point that for Attorney General Eric Holder, there are only two possibilities. Either he knew about about this monstrosity, approved it, and has since been lying to cover it up; or he has been utterly clueless about the actions of the Cabinet level department he was chosen by President Obama, and approved by the Democrat-controlled Senate, to lead. That kind of "leadership" in not just "phoning it in"--a closer metaphor would be that he attempted to meet his responsibilities by keeping in touch via an occasional postcard. [More]
