So why is the federal government advising people to conduct themselves in a manner likely to draw scrutiny as a "suspected terrorist?" Maybe they're just looking for new ways to populate DHS's massive new database of American citizens who need to be kept under Big Brother's watchful eye. Not incidentally, this could also add a bunch of names to a list that some propose should be used as the basis to deny firearms purchases, without a conviction, without an indictment, without even an arrest or formal charge.
