When a scandal isn't a scandal; when a 'gunwalked' gun isn't 'gunwalked'

I guess we now know where William Newell, former Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BATFE) Special Agent in Charge of the Tucson field office, came by his remarkably narrow definition of "walking" guns.

So there you have it--guns weren't "walked" unless the perpetrators say so, and there's no scandal, unless the administration's apologists say there is.
