'Terror gap' laws would 'protect' us from Cub Scouts

An New York Times article from yesterday gives us another reason (if one were needed) to look askance at proposals to use the terrorist "watch list" as grounds for denial of the Constitutionally guaranteed, fundamental human right of the individual to keep and bear arms. What reason would that be? The list is so bloated that it includes an 8-year-old Cub Scout, who has been on the list since he was 2. [More]

My Lady sent my the NY Times link not to long ago, seems we are on the same wave length at the moment. In my opinion they are literally molesting that kid.

Hey - don't make light of our top notch TSA volk - on my last flight, a blonde eight year old brownie scout stood up, whipped her coat open to reveal what seemed to be sticks of dynamite and announced that unless everyone on board signed a pledge to buy ten boxes of cookies, she would blow the whole airplane to Hell.
Later it was found that she only had red candles, made to resemble dynamite. However, since she was white, blonde and small in stature, the TSA, FBI and BAT-FU agents all took turns slapping, harassing and strip-searching her upon landing.
You can't be too careful.
