Proposed 'terror gap' laws: Not only unconstitutional, but laughably ineffective

Since we're not hearing such shouting, we can logically conclude that the number of lives that would be saved by such legislation would be right around zero (and that's without getting into the fact that making guns harder to keep and bear legally reduces the number of people who will have lifesaving firepower on hand when they need it). The inevitable next step toward the "solution"? A more expansive terrorist "watch" list (despite it already being bloated to the point of uselessness), of course--which takes us right back to yesterday's discussion: we'll all be "suspected terrorists."
