The good news is that he seems--so far--to be willing to satisfy himself with robbery, rather than committing other, even more heinous, attacks. The other good news is that Missouri is, and has been since 2003, a "shall issue" state--citizens who meet the requirements for issuance of a permit to carry a defensive handgun cannot be denied that permit, by some arbitrary, capricious whim of the issuing authority.
