Clinton, obviously, is well versed in that "trick." And perhaps Obama does not particularly need that advice, anyway. He did not, after all, wait long after the manufactured crisis of "Project Gunwalker," to exploit it for more gun regulation (without bothering with the cumbersome legislative process).
