When President Obama fired a shot across the Supreme Court's bow Monday, warning that if "an unelected group of people would somehow overturn a duly constituted and passed law," it would be an "extraordinary, unprecedented [oh?] step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress," he did more than apparently seek to undermine the concept of judicial review.
