Weinstein believes his propaganda movie will make the NRA wish they weren't alive, and he presumably expects the movie to stir up widespread public support for more anti-gun laws. But, at the same time, Hollywood denies that violent movies could encourage imitative violent behavior among mentally ill people. That is, movies can influence rational people, but not unstable (and especially impressionable) people.
Another awful Hollywood film...nothing to see here.
