NYC warning letters: Proof once again that gun registration equals confiscation

I hate to kick NYC gun owners when they're down, but this is the not-at-all unpredictable consequence of their compliance with the registration law in the first place. When bullies see that those whom they seek to dominate will submit to that dominance, they are emboldened to push the bullying still further. Now the gun owners' choices are to comply, again, or resist--probably not in the cards for the sort who would comply with the registration edict in the first place. There was an alternative, you know. [More]

That's today's St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner. Please give it a look, and tell a friend--and Facebook "likes" and "shares" are hugely appreciated.

Registration has no possible purpose other than confiscation. And it is only effective against peaceable, law-abiding citizens. Criminals won't comply, and, under Haynes vs. US, they can't be prosecuted for non-compliance. And, yes, submission only encourages bullies to further aggression. An appeasement policy today is less excusable than in 1938. At least Neville Chamberlain did not have his own example from which to learn.
