Even with the "though the amount actually offered for any particular weapon varied" caveat, that sounds like quite a shortfall. Where did the difference come from? The city budget? Last summer, we were told that the city's 2010 budget was more than a half billion dollars short.That's today's St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner.
