From just what kind of danger is Sen. Lautenberg's bill supposed to 'protect' us?

So if I follow correctly, the concern is that terrorists will storm an airport, and, what . . . commandeer a plane? Seems a rather odd way to go about the business of terrorism. Apparently terrorists agree, because I've never heard of any trying such a thing, anywhere, ever. We are also supposed to believe, apparently, that the only reason they haven't done it yet is that carrying guns to the airport has so far been illegal (well, in Georgia and nine other states). That's today's St. Louis Gun Rights Examiner (better late than never). Please read (digg?) and tell a friend.

I'm getting a server error from GRE.

Has anybody explained to Lautenberg that flying an airliner without a pilot's license is illegal. That fact sure as hell didn't seem to cause the 9/11 camel riders any undue concerns.

Bloody Examiner seems to be down . . . again.

Your point is, as always, spot-on.
